Description
Centering a step-cut blue topaz, within an abstract tubular design, accented by brilliant-cut diamonds, maker's mark, UK hallmarks.
Born in 1935, Geoffrey Turk studied Gemmology and Jewelry Design and Manufacture at The Central School of Art & Design in London. Before setting up his own business in 1977 he was the business partner of Andrew Grima. Together, they traveled across Europe during the 1960s and established Grima stores in various cities, including New York, Sydney, and Tokyo. Turk would occasionally be seen walking around London with his pet cockatoo Arthur.
