釋文：公之德業天下重，四海萬物思壞壚。太平之策未全發，先朝請老叩帝居。天子只欲勵薄俗，不惜一夔從二疏。公持儉節出天性，下建萬世清風孤。歸卜睢陽旋營第，棟宇僅足容妻孥。自此閒燕何所樂，非絲非竹非歌壺。經史日與聖賢遇，參以吟詠為自娛。興來弄翰尤得意，真楷之外精草書。因書乞得字數幅，伯英筋肉羲之膚。字體真渾遠到古，神馬初見八卦圖。精神熠熠欲飛動，鸞鳳鼓舞龍蛇攄。青藤道人渭。鈐印：徐渭、臣是酒中仙、率真
