上款：「拜竹三兄」即朱昌燕（1851-1906），字苓年，號衎廬，浙江海寧人。精熟掌故，性嗜書，庋藏甚富，築「朝經暮史晝子夜集樓」、「拜竹龕」、「椒花後舫」等藏書處，著述豐，有〈朱衎廬先生遺稿〉等傳世。
