the central part of the body enamelled with blue flowers on a cream ground, the lower part of the body with pale blue, white and green stylised leaftips with gold stars, the lid of conforming design and with a high pointed finial, on four claw and ball feet, struck throughout with maker's initials, 88 standard, assaymaster's mark and date partially obscured
