An inscribed stone plaque,
Tang dynasty, dated 12th year of Kaiyuan period, corresponding to 724
唐開元十二年（724年） 越州參軍李堂造牟尼像龕磚
densely carved with a dedicatory inscription which can be translated as 'military governor Li Tang of Yuezhou commissioning [Shakya]muni Buddha shrine for the Yong'an temple of Mount Ji. The engraving is complete and the colours shine. May those who see it be blessed with no disasters and share the blessings for longevity', the sides of the plaque with an inscription dated to the 12th year of the Kaiyuan period (corresponding to 724), wood stand and Japanese wood box

上方銘文：
開元十二年甲子，閏拾貮月吉日，節度使判官越州司參軍李堂敬造牟尼佛一龕於越稽山永安寺，雕鐫已就，色相星開，當願見在，長幼無災，大界蒼生，竝同受福，以存長壽。
磚側銘文：
開元十二年閏十二月吉日造。
岑仲勉在專文〈續貞石證史〉中收錄一銘文相同之磚，載於《中央研究院歷史語言研究所集刊》，1948年，頁242-245，頁280後見拓本。
