Block 78 is the first block ever mined by someone other than Satoshi Nakamoto (this person was Hal Finney). It is the second oldest block whose satoshis collectors can obtain (the oldest being block 9).

Silk Road was an online black market that operated as a Tor hidden service, allowing users to browse it anonymously and securely without potential traffic monitoring. Launched in February 2011, it used Bitcoin as its primary form of currency, which contributed to the cryptocurrency's rise in popularity.

Link about the Silk Road auction that has the satoshis being sold in this lot: https://cointelegraph.com/news/feds-sell-29656-bitcoins-to-single-bidder-in-silk-road-auction

The bitcoins controlled by Silk Road were apprehended by the police when the website was shut down, and the bitcoins were eventually sold in auctions. Some of the satoshis from block 78 were eventually used inside Silk Road and got apprehended by the police too. That's why some satoshis have both the attribute "Silk Road" and "block 78". The satoshi being sold in this lot is a palindrome from block 78, and it was also present in the first auction of bitcoins that were sold (the auction on the link above)

A satoshi with palindromic id, also involved in the first auction of the seized Silk Road Bitcoins is a great and rare addition to any rare sat collection.
