The proud and regal female figures of the Jaina style uniformly honor the stoic power of Maya women. Seated in the long huipil marked by the distinctive Maya blue, she is adorned with high status jewelry of an effigy bead necklace, large ear discs and broad segmented cuffs. Her uplifted head is framed by the stepped coiffure and the center of the headdress bears a medallion.
