To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Aquanaut, Patek Philippe released the reference 5167 in 2007 as a significant upgrade of the collection. Featuring a stainless steel case measuring 40 mm, a new dial was fitted with a defined pattern, the 3 o'clock hour marker was removed to allow more space for the date aperture, and an enhanced rubber strap was fitted.
