Decorated with lapis lazuli, incised with the coat of arms of Cardinal de Medici.
Likely this seal depicts the coat of arms of Cardinal Francesco de' Medici di Ottajano (1808-1857). He was born in Naples into the Medici di Ottajano cadet branch of the Medici family.
