Emerald and diamond bracelet, 1890s


Set with a step-cut emerald weighing 6.42 carats within a border of circular-cut diamonds, on a polished gold curb-link chain enhanced with circular-cut diamonds, length approximately 200mm, Austrian assay mark for gold, central cluster detachable for wear as a brooch, screwdriver, brooch fitting, fitted case.


Accompanied by SSEF report no. 131256, stating that the emerald is of Colombian origin, with a minor amount of oil in fissures.
