Blister pearl and diamond brooch, circa 1860

Set with with a slightly baroque button-shaped blister pearl measuring approximately 21.20 - 22.50 x 10.20mm, within a border of cushion-shaped diamonds, decorated with currant leaves set with rose diamonds, supporting a detachable pendant set with a baroque drop-shaped blister pearl measuring approximately 14.40 x 22.45 x 5.60mm, framed by cushion-shaped diamonds. 

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 131261, stating that the blister pearls were found to be natural, saltwater.
