Of rectangular shape, decorated with fine white enamel stripes within black enamel borders, the lid decorated with a square panel enameled in Indian style with two birds and a flowering tree within a border of rose-cut diamonds, the interior with a fitted mirror, powder compartment and lipstick case, the thumbpiece set with baguette diamonds, signed Cartier, Paris, Londres, New York, numbered 01061, with French assay and workshop marks; circa 1920s.
