One chair with the bottom two inches of the legs replaced.
Height 35 in. by Width 18 in. by Depth 17 in.; Seat Height 16⅜ in.
A nearly identical fan-back chair is in the collection of the Museum of Art at the Rhode Island School of Design (see Nancy Goyne Evans, American Windsor Chairs, (New York: Hudson Hills Press in association with the Henry Francis du Pont Winterthur Museum, 1996), p. 353, fig. 6-197).
