70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. In 2016, I experienced a vocabulary breakdown while 'sipping' this as it was just so splendid, succulent and fresh, with a textbook Bolly nose of the sea and superb fullness on the palate. I just wonder if, at 11 years old, it is not its greatest moment, although I could be wrong and need to check on a regular basis... Serena Sutcliffe, MW 

70%黑皮諾，30%莎當妮。2016年品嚐，細飲之際欲語忘言，實在太精彩，鮮香豐沛，Bollinger經典的海洋氣息，口感圓滿豐富。酒齡才11年，理應仍未達到巔峰，所以我要多多定期品嚐才是......施慧（葡萄酒大師M.W.）
