hexagonal paneled bodies pierced with foliage with raised Hebrew inscription of The Ten Commandments, pierced rose-gilt dome tops with fruit finial above leafy collars, staves chased below Hebrew inscription with a Moroccan name, 18 silver-gilt bells hung from hamsas and panels on each finial


Height: 14 in., 36 cm

Around the midsection of both finials, abbreviated quotations of the Ten Commandments. Underneath: “For the elevation of the soul of the wise, understanding Jacob ha-Kohen, may he abide in Eden, and for the elevation of the soul of his daughter Solica.”
