Slightly scuffed foil, purchased from Christie's Hong Kong in 2012
Tasted from magnum. This has only 2 grams of sugar as it was such a hot vintage. A lot of richness and body, so not classic Pommery which is all freshness and purity. Food Champagne - even wonderful with lamb. Lovely, fragrant, honied bouquet. Divine. Stunningly alluring. Notes of orange zests and apple skins. Deliriously lovely. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
