The year of the 29 May frost and La Grande Coulure - the result was a production of 11 hl/hectare, or 160 barrels. New wood was used in this vintage. 12.5% alcohol. In the past, I have found it minty, meaty and complex. In 2007, it was fabulously layered and firing on all cylinders. Tannic and yet sweet. Intoxicating depth and with profound mystery. It is a staggeringly beautiful wine. In 2011 at the Château, a nose of undergrowth, rich leaves and coffee beans. And a fabulous taste of roasted coffee, prunes and raisins. Lovely plummy tastes. 當年5月29日的霜降，園內的葡萄未發育前已經掉落，故只造就了每公頃1,100升（或160桶）的產量。此年份全部以新木桶釀製。酒精濃度為12.5%。過去多次品試，我都發覺她充滿薄荷和肉類的質感，複雜多姿。2007年再嚐時，此酒更別具亮麗分明的層次。丹寧豐富，卻不失甜味。其深度教人心神激盪，難以捉摸。令人驚艷的作品。2011年於酒莊品嚐，充滿叢林、樹葉及咖啡豆味，加上烘咖啡、西梅及乾葡萄，迷人洋李味道，出色的混合及結構。施慧娜（葡萄酒大師 M.W.）
