the rectangular box with flush-fitting cover, elaborate loops for silk cord in the form of a bell cricket (suzumushi), decorated in gold and silver hiramaki-e, takamaki-e and inlays of silver, with dew-laden grasses of Musashi Moor partially veiling a full moon, silvered gold rims, the interior of the cover with two overlapping poem papers (shikishi) with poetic inscription, black lacquer and silk brocade interiors, fundame rims, accompanied with a fitted wood storage box
