In 2015, Jordan Brand and Drake collaborated to produce an ultra limited set of Friends & Family Air Jordan 8’s. Paying tribute to Charles Oakley’s time with the Toronto Raptors, this Air Jordan 8 includes a number of references to Oakley playing for Drake’s home team.
The pair is dressed in a white premium leather upper with grey suede overlays. There is a purple midsole and a white, red and black patterned panel on the lateral heel.
Paying homage to Oakley, the number ‘34’ is featured on the straps, and ‘OAK’ on the upper collar. The footbed features OVO branding and a gold OVO owl on the heel tab.
