A blue and white 'hare' washer,
Qing dynasty, 17th century
清十七世紀 青花松兔紋洗
《大清年得興製》款
thickly potted with a stout bulbous body supported on three rectangular feet, the exterior painted with a hare amidst a terraced garden with pine and plantain trees, the base with a six-character mark reading Da Qing nian Dexing zhi (Made by Nian Dexing in the Great Qing dynasty)
