In 1975, Mike Mandel made a series of photographs featuring portraits of contemporary photographers in the format of baseball cards. He photographed photographers, curators, and critics, posing them with mitts, bats, and baseballs.  On the reverse were "statistics" and facts, including 'FD' (favorite developer), 'FP' (favorite paper), a personal comment, and a number.
