This silent adventure film was directed by George Fitzmaurice. The cast includes Rudolph Valentino in his final film, and Vilma Bánky. This film is a sequel to The Sheik (1921), which also stars Rudolph Valentino. In this film the son of the sheik falls in love with a dancing girl, but when he is made to believe she has betrayed him he seeks revenge. Valentino's premature death caused mass hysteria, with approximately 100,000 devoted fans lining the streets of Manhattan to pay their respects at his funeral.
