We are grateful to Dr. Jean-Pierre De Bruyn for his assistance in the cataloguing of the present lot, which he dates to about 1635-1640. Quellinus's composition was engraved by Schelte Adamsz. Bolswert1 and can be closely compared to a collaborative work by Quellinus and Daniël Seghers today in the Musée Communal, Verviers.2
