Executed in Spring 1909.

This lot is being exhibited at Sotheby’s New York in the pre-sale exhibition and offered for sale in situ from a location outside of New York. The Buyer of the lot shall be responsible for relocating it from the sale location in Delaware, and for obtaining the necessary insurance to do so and covering all associated costs and fees. Upon Sotheby’s receipt of the full purchase price in cleared funds, title to and right to possession of the lot will pass directly from the seller to the Buyer.
