inscribed Degas, numbered 13/G and stamped with the foundry mark A.A. Hébrard Cire Perdue (on the base)

bronze

length: 8¼ in. 21 cm.

Conceived in wax circa 1865-68, this example executed in bronze by 1924 in an edition numbered A to T, plus 2 casts reserved for the Degas heirs and the founder Hébrard marked HER and HER.D, respectively.
