Pastel, red and black chalk, laid down on canvas. Bears contemporary inscription (only partly legible)and inventory number in point of the brush and black ink, on the original wooden backing: Mon(sieu)r Pietro Mezini? or Hezini (?) gioieliere franzese / di mano del Meus / n.o 64?
