Le sac Artycapucines d'Amélie Bertrand, lancé en 2022, est réalisé grâce à un innovant traitement par pigment, devenant ainsi le tout premier sac Capucines à briller dans l'obscurité. Les dégradés de couleurs ont été sprayées à la main sur le cuir du corps du sac, et des lignes phosphorescentes ont ensuite été ajoutées. Une paire de fleurs surdimensionnées, une chaîne irisée, le logo LV en métal et une fleur-Monogram ajoutent au sac une ornementation supplémentaire.

Signé par l'artiste sous le rabat, ce sac est présenté dans une iconique Boîte Chapeau Louis Vuitton en toile Monogram inspirée d’un design historique de la Maison. La Boîte Chapeau est également personnalisée avec la signature de l'artiste, dans un ton de rose coordonné.

Le produit net de la vente de ce lot Artycapucines sera reversé par le vendeur à l'UNICEF (Organisation des Nations Unies pour l'Enfance), association choisie par l’artiste pour soutenir ses actions. Cette ONG fournit des vaccins, une aide à l'éducation, de l'eau potable et des installations sanitaires, ainsi que la prévention et le traitement du VIH pour les mères et les bébés, tout en s'efforçant de protéger les enfants et les adolescents de la violence et de l'exploitation.

Amélie Bertrand’s dazzling Artycapucines bag, first released in 2022, features an innovative pigment treatment that made it the first-ever Capucines to glow in the dark. The bag’s calfskin body was meticulously hand-sprayed to achieve the striking gradations of colour before luminous decorative lines were painstakingly applied. A pair of exuberant, oversized flowers and an iridescent chain, metal LV logo, and Monogram-flower stud add visually arresting ornamentation.

The Amélie Bertrand Artycapucines bag, which is signed by the artist under the flap, is presented in an accompanying Louis Vuitton Boîte Chapeau, a hat box in iconic Monogram canvas based on a historical design of the Maison. The Boîte Chapeau is also customised with the artist’s signature, rendered in the same pink tone that features in the bag’s colour gradations.

The net sale proceeds of the sale of this Artycapucines lot will be remitted to UNICEF, the United Nations children’s organization, chosen by the artist to support its actions. This organization provides vaccines, education, safe water and sanitation, and HIV prevention and treatment to mothers and babies, while working to protect children and adolescents from violence and exploitation.
