65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay. Last tasted from magnum in 2008. Incredibly complex nose. That briary intensity, with all the aromas thrown into relief. Nutty, salty and fresh. Extremely "marine". An "algues", or seaweed, taste which I adore! So crisp, with a brisk sign-off. Entrancing "iodé" style. Manzanilla finish.
