A collection of material relating to the McClory v Fleming court case, comprising:


i) Statement of Claim, 21 March 1961, amended in red 6 November 1961, for the McClory v Fleming court case, High Court of Justice, typescript, 11 pages, stapled


ii) Letter signed, from Harry Saltzman to Kevin McClory, stating that because of ongoing issues to reach agreement over the production of Thunderball, Eon is going to instead proceed with shooting On Her Majesty's Secret Service, suggesting taking a break and discussing the potential of shooting Thunderball the following year, one page, 10 September 1964, Eon Productions headed paper


iii) Autograph letter signed, from Sean Connery, stating that the first James Bond film he was hired for was Thunderball for United Artists, and the first script he was given to read by Brocolli and Saltzman was Thunderball, one page, 26 April 1989, Malaga, Spain
