Patek Philippe shows, once more, its exceptional craftsmanship with this lighter made entirely of of 18k yellow gold. This exceptional piece come with a chevron pattern that was made with a hand-operated rose-engine from the 19th century. Moreover , it is shaped in the very recognizable shape of the Golden Ellipse watch made by the manufacturer. Overall, this very rare and sought after Patek Philippe accessory was produced only between 1978 and 1980 with six variations: Louis-Philippe, Ocean, Chevrons and enamel (red, green and blue).
