The Datograph Perpetual made its debut in 2006 at an international trade fair and is a member of the Saxonia watch family. The popular flyback chronograph and perpetual calendar have never been combined before by A. Lange & Söhne, despite the fact that chronographs and their movements has been the company's trademark since their rebirth.

The watch case is constructed in platinum, despite its heft, it is easy to wear on the wrist. The superb calibre L952.1 is also exposed through the sapphire crystal display back, allowing the wearer to examine the complex hand-finished components and three-dimensional design of the in-house engineered watch.

The reference 410.025 is a rare sight on the market and was produced for five years, until the second-generation Datograph Perpetual in pink and white gold was offered.
