Invented in the late 1700s by Abraham-Louis Breguet, the Tourbillon has revolutionized watches regarding accuracy and craftsmanship. Throughout the years the complication has expanded to different forms and designs but the purpose and base construction remains similar from where Breguet has started. Apart from men’s watches, it is very seldom to see brands broadening the complication into women watches.
Being the forefather of Tourbillon, the present reference 3358 is very elegantly and delicately made. The tourbillon sits nicely in the carriage, providing a symmetrical balance together with the superb mother-of-pearl dial. The bezel and lugs are further set with 74 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.33 cts, elevating the glamourous appeal.
