F. P. Journe

A household name of the industry, F. P. Journe has established himself as one of today's most influential independent watchmakers. In 1999, he released the Tourbillon Souverain "Souscription" as an effort to launch his brand. In 2003, he created the second generation of the Tourbillon Souverain, with a pink gold movement and a natural deadbeat seconds. And in 2019, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the first Tourbillon Souverain he created, F. P. Journe launched the visually impressive Tourbillon Souverain Vertical. It features a vertical toubillon with a rotating cage every 30 seconds, ensuring consistent performance in different positions. The present watch would also feature a white grand feu enamel dial as the time display, which is something the brand has done for the first time only. Cased in pink gold, the present Tourbillon Souverain Vertical wears with immense presence on the wrist for its 42 mm case, surely to capture the attention of any discerning collector.
