The introduction of the Nautilus in 1976 provoked a major shock in the horological world with the use of stainless steel for a luxury watch even though it drew inspiration from more conventional design ideas, in this case a ship's porthole for its octagonal bezel. Nevertheless, the Nautilus became one of the most celebrated and desired sport watches in the world.
To commemorate its 30th anniversary in 2006, the Swiss manufacturer began the launching of different iterations of the Nautilus and in 2014 the present reference made its debut, which includes a flyback chronograph, dual time zone and analog date. Complete with all original accessories, the present watch is offered in excellent overall condition.
