Patek Philippe

The reference 5712 retained much of the iconic function and appearance of its predecessor reference 3712. The present watch preserved the same distinct asymmetric sub dial design for the power reserve, moon phases, and small seconds, but also brought along updates such as the different orientation of the numerals on the date wheel. Perhaps the most apparent change, the 5712 featured slimmer hours and seconds hand, a well-received change for many, especially when combined with the removal of the 7 o’clock baton hour marker found on the 3712.
