In 2007, Rolex introduced a set of exceptional GMT-Master II watches that featured white gold and precious gemstones. Unlike the standard 116710 model that has a stainless steel case and ceramic bezel, three versions were available at that time which is the 116759SANR with diamonds and black sapphires, the 116759SARU with diamonds, sapphires, and rubies, and the 116759SA with diamonds and blue sapphires.
With the lugs and crown guards further adorned with brilliant-cut diamonds, this 116759SANR boasts a distinctive diamond and black sapphire-set rotating bezel that is very rarely seen in the market. The diamond setting extends even to the center links of the bracelet, completing the watch's luxurious appeal.
