A Pair of Coalport Blue-Ground Vases and Covers, Circa 1870
of classical form on circular foot raised on three pedestal feet, each painted with two large oval panels of Hummingbirds nesting and feeding from flowers probably by John Randall, and a third panel of either fruit or flowers probably by William Cook, separated by vertical columns, the whole decorated with bands of raised gilding, gilt ampersand CSN script marks to underside of vases and covers
