Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Ishod Wair’ Sample | Size 9

This pair of Nike SB Dunk Low samples, designed by the renowned Nike SB skateboarder Ishod Wair, were created during the design process of the Ishod Wair Nike SB Dunk Low Pro, which was released in 2016.

This sample pair features a sleek colorway, with a gray leather upper and suede overlays. The Nike Swoosh is complete in red leather, providing a bold contrast. The pair is finished with a white midsole and black outsole.

Ishod Wair’s name is also featured on the tongue label of the pair’s skinny tongue which replaced Nike SB’s normal puffy tongue.

The Nike SB Dunk made its formal debut in 2002 when Nike officially reappropriated the famed Dunk basketball sneaker originally designed in the 1980s with upgrades suited for the skateboarding community. The man behind it, former Nike executive Sandy Bodecker, is credited with building one of Nike’s most beloved subdivisions in the early 2000s with the Nike SB line.
