50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 47% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc. This has a great deal of black fruit together with the balance and fine texture. Ripeness and not extraction. Beautiful quality material and the fruit is so juicy. The oak is just there at this early stage but it will disappear into the harmonious whole. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
