(Disgorged 2007, tasted from Riedel Vinum XL Pinot Noir glass). Gleaming, coppery yellow gold. Nose of a beautifully complex red Côte de Beaune! Gosh - nostalgic. Great orange skins taste plus coffee beans. Finish of delicately-spiced curry. Cardamom and fenugreek. Ends on tea. Again, in 2011, I detected melon and caramel. Honied, super elegance.
