This impressive and rarely seen Harry Winston timepiece features an alarm coupled with a day/night indication and a moonphase. The alarm can be activate and disactivate by using a trigger incorporated into the case at 4 o’clock. The project Z part of the Ocean’s collection. It focuses on the use of Zalium. This alloy was invented by Ronald Winston, the son of Harry. He is an expert in zirconium alloys and discovered that it was non-reactive and hypo-allergenic. It is also harder and lighter than titanium. By combining zirconium with aluminium, Ronald created the zalium, which he decided to use to make some of the best watches created by his family.
