Introduced between 1962 and 1963, the Omega Seamaster 300 165.014 was an important milestone in the history of the model that debuted in 1957 and is still present in the brand’s catalogue today. The 165.014 was a transitional model, only produced during a very short period and it was replaced in 1964 by the well-known 165.024. These two models shared several characteristics, including the calibre 552. The 165.014 keeps defining elements of the earlier references such as the CK2913 and CK14755, most notably the typical thin bezel style and the straight lugs. At the same time, the dial and hands variations are much closer to the later 165.024.

Combining the understatement of the original models and the character of the later ones, the rare 165.014 offers a unique opportunity for collectors looking to gather the different charms of the vintage Seamaster 300 in one piece.
