The Royal Oak collection celebrated its 20th anniversary in 1992 with the "Jubilee", Reference 14802.

Limited to a total of 1000 pieces only, 300 examples were forged in yellow gold, like the present lot. Each piece was individually numbered on the rotor, this example being the 0147/1000.

The design of the 14802 remains very faithful to the original Reference 5402 from 1972. It has a 39mm jumbo case, which has been upgraded by the addition of a sapphire display back.

The gold version has a slate grey petite tapisserie dial and the logo is placed at 12 o'clock.

Empowered by the LeCoultre based calibre 2121, the watch wears effortlessly on the wrist with its ultra-slim presence, making it an elegant and stylish companion.

This example retains strong proportions and is accompanied by a most impressive and complete set of accessories, making it particularly desirable.
