The Calatrava reference 6000G was released in 2017 and is a descendant of the 5000G, which was initially produced between 1992 and 1993, in a limited-edition of 1000 pieces.
This reference marked a significant departure from the traditional Calatrava image with its disruptibe modern font and dark dial. The two-tone graphic concept, the uncluttered markings with plain Arabic numerals as well as highly legible analog date with a scale on the outer circumference of the dial. Yet more playfully, the subsidiary seconds dial sits in an asymmetric position between 4 and 5 o'clock.
