Reference 4936 was launched in 2005 as Patek Philippe's first annual calendar wristwatch created specially for ladies. The present example in white gold is adorned with 156 brilliant-cut diamonds along the bezel and roughly 1 carat weight worth of diamonds in the crown.
The mother-of-pearl dial is absolutely mesmerizing. The present example is further enhanced by the Tiffany & Co. signature location beneath the moon phase cut out and above the date at 6 o'clock. It is extremely rare to find a Tiffany & Co. stamping on a Patek Philippe, however, even more unique to find it on a dial made from a precious material. The present watch is incredibly rare, and is presented today fresh to the market with its original accessories.
