True manuscript copy of a document describing the boundaries of the province of New York given to him by Charles II, including his appointment of Richard Nicolls as the first English colonial governor of the province, Whitehall, 2 April 1664 [but 18th century]. Folio (322 x 205 mm), 3 ½ pages, on paper, a bifolium.
