釋文：清明時節雨霏霏，披拂柔絲入望微。錦纜繫來楊柳岸，孤帆應與燕同歸。暮春節，書於尊經閣。愛南大兄先生正，仁卿黎民懷。鈐印：仁卿
鑑藏印：靜觀齋藏、德民軒藏
注：黎民懷，字惟仁，自號白泉山人，廣東從化縣韶洞人。黎貫(1483-)幼子，黎民表(1515-1581)和黎民衷(1522-1564)的弟弟。和兄長黎民表、民衷師從黃佐，有「三鳳」之美譽。嘉靖四十四年(1565)貢生，至京師諸王公聞其才名，爭求識面。廷試歸，絕意仕進。日與諸詞人操觚梁翰。丹青尤為世所珍重。詩宗王孟，時稱三絕。著有《明史·黃佐傳》、《廣東通志》、《從化縣誌》、《西園仔存稿》。
