Description

Château Palmer 2014

Cantenac (Margaux), 3ème Cru Classé

49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot. This was the first year that Palmer was 100% biodynamic-farmed. On the nose, so much fruit it is like a bunch of flowers. A big, inky mouthful on the palate with very brambly flavours. The fruit has such beautiful clarity, I think deriving from the biodynamic element, with such a signature of berries. Finishes on a crisp and crunchy note. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
