Nike Lunar Dunk High ‘Supreme’ Sample | Size 12

Rumored to have been exclusively for friends and family of Supreme during the 2015 holiday season, this Nike Lunar Dunk has gained significant attention due to its rarity and mystery.

Dressed in a predominantly Varsity Red premium leather upper, this sample features a shaggy white overlay on the heel, with a noticeable tag featured by the Swoosh. The pair sits atop a white mid and outsole, matching the color of the quilted sockliner. As this is a Nike Lunar Dunk, the Lunarlon insole comes with Supreme branding. 

Originally released in 1985, Nike introduced the Nike Dunk as the premiere basketball sneaker in college basketball. The colorways for the series were based on successful programs around the nation. Kentucky, Michigan, UNLV, Syracuse, St. John’s, Villanova, and Iowa all received their own signature shoe. The 1985 Nike ads featured the sneakers with a tagline ‘Be True to Your School’ giving fans an opportunity to support their team from head to toe.
