Distilled in 1992, bottled on 19th January 2021, #300 of 420 bottles, double matured in 2 Madeira casks for 14 years, this is one of the most extraordinary maturations from The Singleton. Initially kept in refill wood, before double-maturing in two small ex-Madeira barriques for another 14 year, which was part of a one-off trial at Singleton. The result is a sweet richness which complements the light and elegant distillery character
